Health Education

The National Hispanic Health Foundation collaborates with our partners to educate health professionals, patients, and community leaders with current and key information on how to live healthier.

Since 2004, NHHF has teamed up with the National Hispanic Health Professionals Leadership Network to build trusted messengers in media, social media, websites, conferences, congressional briefings, and initiatives.

In 2024, NHHF partnered with Rolli to nominate experts from the NHHPLN for Hispanic journalists. We continue to bring in other organizations to build an interdisciplinary approach to Latino Health.

We'd like to encourage you to explore and share the information below.

Immigration-related stress leads to heightened levels of anxiety, depression, and trauma in the Hispanic community. The constant fear of deportation, uncertainty about loved ones, and the lasting effects of family separations have profound psychological consequences.

The National Hispanic Health Foundation is concerned about the new policies around immigration and offer the following information to decrease stress and anxiety in the Hispanic community.
